Refund policy
Return Policy is subject to the item that was purchased. As Srishti sells pooja items, most of the items fall under "Exceptions / non-returnable items" Please contact us at +61481859319 or email us to info@srishti.com.au to discuss return or exchange.
Please note that the products which have been pre-ordered cannot be cancelled and the initial deposit paid by the customer cannot be returned. Please note that most of the pre-ordered products are custom made and will not entertain cancellation. Delivery of the pre-ordered items will be available for pickup or dispatched only if the customer has made the complete payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of Mind
In the event of Change of Mind situation, it will be evaluated if the product can be accepted as it be related to pooja rituals. Please contact us at +61481859319 or email us to info@srishti.com.au to discuss. Outcome of the evaluation will be communicated through the preferred mode of communication. . If the product is already shipped, the shipping changes in both direction will be chargeable to the buyer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like flowers, other perishable items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, homam products), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@srishti.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@srishti.com.au.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have upon approval. Once the return is accepted the store credit will be applied. You can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
